So I stared using the MyFitnessPal app again today. It’s extremely useful to see exactly how many calories you eat a day and to keep track of them. It also keeps track of your exercise and how many calories you burn. it’s a free app but it’s also a website! Definitely check it out and make an account, you won’t regret it :)
Ugh I’ve been really discouraged lately. I haven’t been eating good, and I’ve gained a few lbs. I’ve been working out steadily but they say weight loss starts in the kitchen and they are right. Going to set strict rules for myself to follow so I can get back on track. I was afraid this would happen after our biggest loser competition was over because I’d have nothing to be accountable to. Now I have this blog to be accountable to, and my determination is coming back.
